Cliff Street, Mexborough, S64 9HU Telephone 07982 885611
Doncaster's latest brewery started brewing in February 2011 to supply the Imperial Club, located directly above the brewery. Three core beers are produced in the 5 barrel plant - Blonde, Bitter and Stout along with occasional guest brews. These are available 'upstairs' in the Imperial Club along with other guest beers and a 'real' cider.
Mill Street, Snaith, Goole, East Yorkshire, DN14 9HS Telephone (01405) 861813 Small brewery opened in 1983 in a 200-year-old former malt kiln and corn mill. A new brewhouse was installed in 1991 to increase the brewlength to 60 barrels and the brewery is slowly building up the tied estate (currently 14 houses). The innovation of selling some beers in plastic, non-returnable handicasks has meant that the beer can now be found nationwide; around 200 free trade outlets are supplied direct from the brewery. Plans are in hand to install a bottling plant. Tours by arrangement.
